Hello World ! ( First thing you do as a programmer ? 😀 ) , welcome to my Blog. Its been a long time I have been trying to do something that interests me.
Things I have tried
- Being a VFX artist . Trained myself in Autodesk Maya and 2D animation. Got to know it involved a lot of sleepless nights and lacks fun when it comes to doing it for a living :p
- Being a Cartoonist. Had some drawing skills ( https://avinashkr.deviantart.com/ ) or still have it I guess ( should start again soon, now that I remember
). Setup a site in an effort to create a hilarious comic strip around Technology. Failed miserably when I realised the funny bone in me was actually puny… - Being a Game Developer. Mastered Unity 3D and C# , wrote some really cool multiplayer/single player games for Android, iOS and xBox. Lot of new exciting stuff like 3D , Physics , Game Design , UI/UX design, Marketing , Monetising were learnt. Have listed a few games in projects section.
- Last but not the least worked for a MNC as part of R&D team for almost a decade. Now you know that I might have a couple of grey hairs on my head.
What next ?
Game Development is still very close to me but something new has caught my attention… Thanks to Elon Musk and his adventures with AI and Neural network !!
I know he is kind of a role model these days to a lot of geeks out there. But I am no geek and have grey matter that is somewhat equally balanced on both artistic and logical/coding. So find it hard sometimes to figure out something really basic to some.
This blog is dedicated to some of the new found love towards AI , Deep Learning and Machine Learning ( not so much , don’t like working with static data ).
I promise to take you along on this journey. Find out what the hype is all about and if its really worth it !
