Diwali Rocket was a unique project catering to the Indian Audience. It was created to celebrate the festival of Lights – Diwali. Hero of the game is a tiny rocket that wants to shine bright in the sky , but there are a lot of obstacles on the way !
Main challenge faced were to create the required artwork all by hand. Thanks to my wife for creating a lot of beautiful artwork using digital softwares.
Creation of levels was also painstakingly done to provide maximum gameplay fun.
The game is published on Android and has lot of positive reviews. The upgrade and further development were stopped due to lack of time and resource. Even today sometimes I pick up my phone and fire the game for a game of 2 of awesome fun :).
